GoGoCards.com would like you to have a pleasant and safe experience when using our site.  We will in no condition disclose your personal data to anyone without your explicit consent.  The following explains how we collect information from you and how we disseminate it.   

Sending e-card

When you use our service to send cards, the information you provided (your email, name, message, your recipient’s email and name) is used to customize the greeting message of the card that you are sending and to deliver email notifications to you and your recipient.  The email addresses and names that you provide to us will not be shared or sold to any third party.

Is my message confidential?

Yes, your greeting message is stored and protected until your recipient picks up his/her e-card.  No one other than you or your recipient has the access to the greeting messages except our system administrator.  Only under exceptional circumstances would our system administrator access the database.          

Anti-Spam

GoGoCards.com is an anti-spam site; we will not share personal identifiable information or emailing list with marketing companies. We do not and will not practice unsolicited mailing of any kind. 


Logged Files

GoGoCards.com logs IP address and browser type to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.  

Links

We selectively place links to other sites, but we do not have control of these sites.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the linked web sites.

Contests, Promotions, and Surveys

From time to time, GoGoCards.com will encourage users to participate in contests, promotions, or surveys.  The information collected from the contests, promotions, and survey will be used to improve our web site and to tailor our visitor's experience at our site.  Only the aggregate information is shared with third parties.

Will my information provided for Artist Submission Program be disclosed?
There are two parts of information that we collect from the artist who submits their artworks to GoGoCards.com.  First part is the contact information (name, street address, and email address) which will be used to contact the artist when necessary.  The artist's name will be displayed as the copyright owner of their artworks, the rest of the contact information will not be disclosed to anyone unless permitted to do so.   And the second part is the artist’s profile (profession, zodiac, birth year, home town, favorite color etc.), this part is optional, artist may choose to supply the information they wish to present to our users, profile information is only used to create artist’s bio page.

Newsletter

To unsubscribe from the GoGoCards.com newsletter or to correct and/or update the contact information that you submitted to subscribe to our newsletter, please email your request to newsletter@gogocards.com.

Choice/opt-out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.  If you would like to remove your information from our database to not receive future communications, you can send email to info@gogocards.com

Correct/Update

This site gives users the following option for changing and modifying information previously provided. email to info@gogocards.com

Changes

New features and services will be added to the site as GoGoCards.com continues to develop and evolve.  We will review this privacy statement periodically to make sure it serves to our user’s privacy interests.  If changes occur, we will inform our users by posting on our web site.

This site, GoGocards.com - Free E-cards, uses the services of Engage for the serving and/or targeting of ads, promotions and other marketing messages.
